Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by giving written notice. If you cancel after work has begun:

• You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the cancellation date

• Any deposit paid for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus costs already incurred

If we cancel, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet delivered.

Third-party tools

Our automations may integrate with third-party tools and platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n, CRM systems). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services. We will always flag any third-party dependencies before building them into your systems.
